Marval O Farrell is the largest law firm in Argentina. A market leader at both local and Latin American levels It currently has a strong focus on advanced corporate and financial transactions and, in addition, the largest practice in the country in litigation and arbitration. They are also a market leader in a wide range of other key practice areas including tax, fintech, labor and employment, competition/antitrust, energy and natural resources, administrative and public law, insurance and reinsurance, telecommunications and broadcasting as well as real estate and construction.
The objective of the company was to redesign its mobile application to improve its image in the market. On the other hand, we worked in a modern design, focused on layers of services, to generate a better bond with their clients and retain them by offering information linked to its target audience and to the different services provided.

Discovery
Scalability was defined as the main objective for the project, so that it could grow at the same pace as the company. We started working on developments and designs that fit their needs, those of their users and the goals the company wanted to achieve with the application.
Get Ready
It began with the construction of the user experience, which defined the scope that was intended to achieve with the app: A scalable product, where new functionalities will be incorporated according to the consulted opinion of customers, employees and partners of the company.
Result
The result of the app was very satisfactory and exceeded the engagement expectations to the customer and its end users. One of the main achievements was being able to develop a news section, areas of interest related to laws and regulations in order to attract potential customers interested in these subjects. There you can also find events, talks, webinars on legal issues, download material, among other services, which allow them to position the brand within its category. Moreover, one of the most important results was that the firm’s employees could load their working hours easily and carry a daily load schedule. The application is linked to the company’s intranet to produce reports and billing, connecting the internal areas of finance and human resources, all in an automated manner in Spanish and English.
